Digital Fantasy Legacy Modder is a FREE utility used for modding AMD catalyst drivers for use with older ATI legacy cards, it is a fast user friendly utility that every legacy card owner must have to keep their drivers updated.
What can Digital - FLEM do?
Digital FLEM enables you to make modded drivers for your legacy GPU by adding your personalized card specific support to new AMD drivers allowing for a smooth install. It will detect your card and add all the relevant modifications necessary for you during modification. Unlike other modding tools this is not a mass modder it modifies drivers according to the GPU specification of the system that it is running on. Automatically detecting your GPU and mods the driver according to your GPU specifications.

- Drivers supported : AMD Catalyst 12.3 WHQL or later WHQL and Beta drivers.

- Internet connection - For driver signing and app updates.

Between selecting the modification settings,selecting files to be included and the modification process, it is only a few seconds before you can use your new drivers.
Accurate
Since the info is read from your card, there is a high rate of accuracy in configuring the driver specifically for that card, support is always available for your card.
Safe and Clean
No DLLs or Exes are altered in the modification process, the tool simply copies the selected DLLs from one package to another.
Known Issues with the Modified drivers
- DXVA1 fully restored but DXVA2 has a green screen issue when forced. : affects DirectX9 cards.
- Occasional crashes on some sites when forcing Acceleration and native OGL.: affects DirectX9 cards.
- Windows Experience Index crashes : affects DirectX9 cards.
- GPU Caps Viewer crashes on startup.
- BSOD on AGP based cards
