AmiloMan --- can you share the wealth of information on legacy modders and their MOD tools of the trade, they are really rare to find (at least for me), there's a plethora of people on the web trying to find any ounce of hope to get a native windows 10 driver for there really outdated hardware, which most likely it's support dropped 6 to 10 years ago. I can't find a single driver that can provide somewhat native windows 10 enhancements, with web/video acceleration and directx and opengl new versions. so yes the legacy 10.2 driver is old, but you don't have to use that...if he can find another Windows Kernel Mode driver that won't BSOD, he can still use that...I know 12.1 works just fine in win7/8/10, I've made 14.4 work as well to some extend....15.7.1 is the first windows 10 driver and this man made it work for him on a 10 year old hardware..You are discouraging other desperate 32 bit hardware people from finding the perfect plateau of support for the extremely legacy built-in laptops GPU. Most manufactures of these laptop only have windows vista and win 7 beta drivers dating to 8.9, without the CCC features or anything else for that matter. If you know something this man doesn't know share it directly- there are others trying to do what this man just did. You also said "Actually modding legacy drivers defeats the purpose of modding newer drivers because those legacy drivers don't have any performance at all".....you are absolutely wrong you get to use Directx12 and OpenGL, OpenCL-1.2(up), better video encoding and Gpu Hardware acceleration plus you have a native windows 10 driver(WDDM2.0), not a win7/win8.

You should try running windows 10 with a 8.9 driver and see how you like it.
perhaps he did the process backwards....Is that what you mean?.....Which means the Windows kernel mode driver works without BSOD'ing or he re-replace them with 10-2 legacy
Last edit: 17 Apr 2017 00:27 by j212. Reason: Noticed CL_95951.inf is the 10.2-Legacy file and not the Win10 32-bit(x85)inf, my mistake!.

Thank you for posting your successful MOD, that MOD is a for legacy drivers. You modded a legacy driver which should work if you add your DEV-ID as you did.
Modding newer drivers is a little more complicated, there was a tool made by other developers to MOD legacy drivers incase you want better modding capabilities for modding legacy driver.

Actually modding legacy drivers defeats the purpose of modding newer drivers because those legacy drivers don't have any performance at all.

OS: Microsoft Windows 10 32bit on "Samsung Sens R45" (mid 2016)
GPU: Radeon Xpress 200M (RC410M, Vender=1002, Device=5A62)

when i trying past (about 9 or 10 monts ago maybe?) i followed the guide( ) and it was a failed..
i don't know why..

well, so this time, before modding, I opened "CL_95951.inf" (10.2) with notepad (i think, maybe i can edit something?)

and i can't find "ATI RADEON XPRESS 200M Series" = ati2mtag_RC410M, PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_5A62 from list

so, just edit "ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 Series" = ati2mtag_RC410, PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_5A61 to "ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 Series" = ati2mtag_RC410, PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_5A62

and save and exit and "FLEM"ming with following the guide :)
